We report on THz spectroscopy of biomolecules using a THz-wave parametric oscillator (TPO). We successfully observed the absorption peaks of riboflavin, benzoic acid, and salicylic acid, including the isomers o-acetylsalicylic acid and m-acetylsalicylic acid. The peaks for salicylic acid and riboflavin were in agreement with reported peaks. Moreover, we found new absorption peaks for m-acetylsalicylic acid in the THz region.
