This paper has introduced a practical and comprehensive message routing solution for aircraft communications in 6G integrated terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks. It aims to provide the continuous network coverage and active message routing among different networks with data-driven network performance optimization. The simulation results have showed that the reliability is guaranteed by the multilink management and the 95th and 99th percentile delay with the proposed method is around 85 ms to 100 ms with a small control signal overhead cost (around 4.3% of the total channel capacity). The proposed approach can achieve the high communication reliability and short latency for aircraft using the multilink management. Meanwhile, the control overhead of the proposed solution is low.
