The unification of terrestrial networks (TN) and non- terrestrial networks (NTN) in future mobile communication systems necessitates the development of measures for their coexistence and joint utilization of frequency resources. This is essential for maximizing resource availability, rather than relying on exclusive frequency usage. This paper presents a novel approach to the downward link transmission method for both NTN and TN in scenarios where they share the same frequency and serve the same geographical area. The proposed method aims to enhance frequency usage efficiency and minimize interference.
