The braking system, as an important component of the aircraft, is a crucial system for landing braking, and its failure will directly affect the safety of the aircraft landing. According to Boeing statistics, catastrophic accidents that occur during ground maneuvers account for $\mathbf{4 1 \%}$ of total accidents, with the majority of these accidents being related to brake system failures. At present, most domestic airlines have invested heavily in using braking systems to ensure flight safety, reduce the probability of accidents, and improve efficiency. This article starts from the phenomenon of faults and introduces fault tree analysis and an improved FMEA method based on prospect theory and interval intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to systematically analyze and explore aircraft accidents in service. And based on this, targeted preventive measures were proposed.
