(1) MIMO-NCI-OFDM system can be considered as an efficient scheme for broadband aeronautical communications. (2) Similar to L-DACS1 used in navigation, MIMO-NCI-OFDM system can also be utilized for navigation and replace the traditional DME. (3) The detailed structure and navigation algorithm with TDOA are introduced in this paper. (4) As the simulation result, when the available number of GS is small, the MIMO system can greatly improve the CRLB and RMSE of the positioning.
