It introduces the assumptions that need to be made before the accelerated degradation test is carried out, and introduces the general process of the test. According to the order of establishing degradation model, pseudo-failure model and acceleration model, the data modeling of accelerated degradation test is analyzed. In the degradation model, the least square method and R-square (decision coefficient) test method are used to establish and select the optimal model. And the pseudo-failure life calculated by the degradation model uses the test method based on AD statistics and P value to determine the life distribution model, and finally establishes the acceleration model according to the above results. Using the test data of a rubber sealing ring, the method is calculated and an effective conclusion is drawn.
