Basing on the theory of distinction of statistical hypotheses an algorithm was developed in the work for processing of the data on the terrain relief for the definition of deviations in the trajectory of the aerial vehicle flight from the prescribed direction. Estimation of the effect of geophysical data processing on the accuracy of correction for the trajectory of aerial vehicle was performed. The requirements to the minimum amount of data were determined that provided the needed accuracy in the trajectory correction.
