The article focuses on the design and analysis of combined automatic engine and flight control for small unmanned aircraft with fixed wings. According to current trends in UAV control, it has been demonstrated that knowledge of aircraft limits and a system that is correctly set according to the flight envelope is required for proper aircraft control, combining methods for classifying individual flight phases. Each flight phase contains its own flight envelope, which limits the limits of the aircraft. The correct classification indicates a functional flight envelope that is able to warn or intervene in the control at the limit or when the flight envelope is exceeded. The aim of the article is the correct classification of flight phases and created flight situations, which will allow to evaluate the situation and alert the pilot to a change in the position of the aircraft.
