Due to its advantages such as convenience and efficiency, urban rail transit is increasingly used in big city. With the development of urban rail transit scale, the accompanying train energy consumption problem cannot be ignored. In this paper, the genetic algorithm is used to obtain the speed curves of each level through an off-line calculation method to optimize the energy-saving operation strategy of the train in order to help ATO(Automatic train operation) which can improve the efficiency of train operation and reduce traction energy consumption.
