With the popularity of internet and technology evolving rapidly, providing security is becoming difficult. The available methodologies and techniques like Camouflaging, Split Manufacturing and Logic Obfuscation aim to reduce the effects caused by piracy and reverse engineering(RE). The existing design for trust is feasible to track the inputs by brute force attacks. An obfuscation module shall be proposed to enhance the security of integrated chips(IC). In this methodology, the nodes of insertion of Obfuscation cells are decided based on toggle count and controllability. In this technique, it is ensured that the corrupted output is obtained when the wrong key is given.
