Disclosed are a battery diagnosis method and a battery diagnosis apparatus. The battery diagnosis method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: executing a procedure of intermittent application of electrical stimulation to a battery cell; acquiring state history data of the battery cell corresponding to a state change period until the electrical state of the battery cell reaches a second state from a first state by the procedure of intermittent application; on the basis of the state history data, generating a measured full cell profile indicating the correspondence between the capacity and voltage of the battery cell; and analyzing the measured full cell profile to generate first diagnosis information including at least one diagnosis factor associated with the charge/discharge performance of the target cell.

    L'invention concerne un procédé de diagnostic de batterie et un appareil de diagnostic de batterie. Le procédé de diagnostic de batterie selon la présente invention comprend les étapes consistant à : exécuter une procédure d'application intermittente de stimulation électrique à un élément de batterie ; acquérir des données d'historique d'état de l'élément de batterie correspondant à une période de changement d'état jusqu'à ce que l'état électrique de l'élément de batterie atteigne un deuxième état à partir d'un premier état par la procédure d'application intermittente ; sur la base des données d'historique d'état, générer un profil d'élément complet mesuré indiquant la correspondance entre la capacité et la tension de l'élément de batterie ; et analyser le profil d'élément complet mesuré pour générer des premières informations de diagnostic comprenant au moins un facteur de diagnostic associé aux performances de charge/décharge de l'élément cible.

    배터리 진단 방법 및 배터리 진단 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 상기 배터리 진단 방법은, 배터리 셀에 대한 전기 자극의 간헐적 인가 절차를 실행하는 단계, 상기 간헐적 인가 절차에 의해 상기 배터리 셀의 전기 상태가 제1 상태로부터 제2 상태에 도달할 때까지의 상태 변화 기간에 대응하는 상기 배터리 셀의 상태 이력 데이터를 획득하는 단계, 상기 상태 이력 데이터를 기초로, 상기 배터리 셀의 용량과 전압 간의 대응 관계를 나타내는 측정 풀셀 프로파일을 생성하는 단계, 및 상기 측정 풀셀 프로파일을 분석하여, 상기 대상 셀의 충방전 성능에 연관된 적어도 하나의 진단 인자를 포함하는 제1 진단 정보를 생성하는 단계를 포함한다.
