배터리 진단 방법 및 배터리 진단 장치가 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 배터리 진단 방법은, 제1 전기 자극에 연관된 배터리 셀의 대상 풀셀 프로파일이 포함된 진단 대상 정보를 획득하는 단계; 소정의 과전압 프로파일을 기초로, 상기 제1 전기 자극과는 상이한 제2 전기 자극에 연관되도록 상기 대상 풀셀 프로파일을 수정하는 단계; 상기 수정된 대상 풀셀 프로파일에 진단 로직을 적용하여, 상기 배터리 셀의 충방전 성능에 대한 예비 진단 결과인 제1 진단 결과 정보를 결정하는 단계; 및 인자 보정 모델을 이용하여, 상기 제1 진단 결과 정보에 포함된 적어도 하나의 예비 진단 인자를 기초로, 상기 배터리 셀의 충방전 성능에 대한 정밀 진단 결과인 제2 진단 결과 정보를 결정하는 단계를 포함한다.

    A battery diagnosis method according to the present invention includes the steps of: obtaining diagnosis target information including a target full cell profile of a battery cell associated with a first electrical stimulus; modifying, on the basis of a predetermined overpotential profile, the target full cell profile to be associated with a second electrical stimulus that is different from the first electrical stimulus; determining first diagnosis result information, which is a preliminary diagnosis result for the charge and discharge performance of the battery cell, by applying a diagnosis logic to the modified target full cell profile; and determining second diagnosis result information, which is a preliminary diagnosis result for the charge and discharge performance of the battery cell, by applying a diagnosis logic to the modified target full cell profile; and determining second diagnosis result information, which is a precise diagnosis result for the charge and discharge performance of the battery cell, on the basis of at least one preliminary diagnosis factor included in the first diagnosis result information by using a factor correction model.
