Disclosed are a composite material-based lightweight structural member having integrated plate reinforcement, and a ship deck structure manufactured using same. The composite material-based lightweight structural member having integrated plate reinforcement, according to the present invention, performs the basic function of plate reinforcement by having a plurality of protrusions formed at regular intervals on the lower surface of a flat plate part, wherein the protrusions are produced so as to be integrated into the structure without a separate joining process such as welding or bolting, offering the advantages of being ultra-light and thin while exhibiting excellent structural performance and enabling the manufacture of a long-span structure, and thus can be used universally not only as a thin plate structure for a ship but also as a construction material.

    La présente invention concerne un élément structural léger à base de matériau composite ayant un renforcement de plaque intégré, et une structure de pont de navire fabriquée à l'aide de celui-ci. L'élément structural léger à base de matériau composite ayant un renforcement de plaque intégré, selon la présente invention, réalise la fonction de base de plaque de renforcement en ayant une pluralité de saillies formées à intervalles réguliers sur la surface inférieure d'une partie de plaque plate, les saillies étant produites de façon à être intégrées dans la structure sans processus d'assemblage séparé tel qu'un soudage ou un boulonnage, offrant les avantages d'être ultra-léger et mince tout en présentant d'excellentes performances structurales et permettant la fabrication d'une structure à longue portée, et peut ainsi être utilisée de manière universelle non seulement en tant que structure de plaque mince pour un navire mais également en tant que matériau de construction.

    복합소재 기반의 판보강재 일체형 경량 구조재 및 이를 이용하여 제작되는 선박용 데크 구조물이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 복합소재 기반의 판보강재 일체형 경량 구조재는 기본적으로 평판부의 하면에 복수의 돌출부가 일정한 간격으로 형성되어 판보강재 기능을 수행하는 것으로서, 돌출부가 용접이나 볼팅 등의 별도의 결합 공정 없이 구조 내에 일체로 포함되어 제작됨으로써, 초경량이고 두께가 얇으면서도 구조성능이 우수하고 장스팬 구조로 제작이 가능하고, 따라서 선박의 박판 구조는 물론 건설용 자재로도 범용적으로 이용 가능한 이점을 가진다.
