The invention discloses a plate reinforcing material integrated lightweight structural material based on a composite material and a ship deck structure manufactured by using the same. The composite-material-based plate-reinforcing-material-integrated lightweight structural material according to the present invention performs the function of a plate reinforcing material substantially by forming a plurality of protrusions at certain intervals below a flat plate portion, since the protrusions are integrally manufactured within the structure without a separate bonding process such as welding or bolting, thereby improving the strength of the plate reinforcing material. Therefore, the thin plate is ultra-light, thin in thickness and excellent in structural performance, can be manufactured into a large-span structure, can be used as a thin plate structure of a ship, and can also be widely used as a building material.
