The present invention relates to a control system (CS) using road surface recognition (hydroplaning, black ice) of a traveling vehicle, and a method (M) therefor. To this end, the control system using road surface recognition of a traveling vehicle, according to the present invention, comprises: a vehicle attachment device for transmitting, to a central management server, road surface information including real-time location information and road surface image information of a vehicle in motion; and the central management server for determining a road surface condition in real time on the basis of the road surface information transmitted from the vehicle attachment device, and transmitting road surface condition information to the vehicle attachment device. Therefore, since the vehicle attachment device attached to the vehicle in motion transmits, to the central management server, the road surface information including the real-time location information and the road surface image information, the central management server uses a plurality of pieces of road surface information provided in real time so as to determine an accurate road surface condition.

    La présente invention concerne un système de commande (CS) utilisant la reconnaissance de surface de route (hydroplanage, glace noire) d'un véhicule en déplacement, et un procédé (M) associé. Pour ce faire, le système de commande utilisant la reconnaissance de surface de route d'un véhicule en déplacement, selon la présente invention, comprend : un dispositif à fixation sur véhicule destiné à transmettre, à un serveur de gestion central, des informations de surface de route comprenant des informations d'emplacement en temps réel et des informations d'image de surface de route d'un véhicule en mouvement ; et le serveur de gestion central destiné à déterminer un état de surface de route en temps réel sur la base des informations de surface de route transmises par le dispositif à fixation sur véhicule, et transmettre des informations d'état de surface de route au dispositif à fixation sur véhicule. Par conséquent, du fait que le dispositif à fixation sur véhicule fixé au véhicule en mouvement transmet, au serveur de gestion central, les informations de surface de route comprenant les informations d'emplacement en temps réel et les informations d'image de surface de route, le serveur de gestion central utilise une pluralité d'éléments d'informations de surface de route fournis en temps réel de façon à déterminer un état de surface de route précis.

    본 발명은 주행차량의 노면인지(수막현상, 블랙아이스)에 의한 제어 시스템(CS) 및 그 방법(M)에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명의 주행차량 노면인지에 의한 제어 시스템은, 주행 중인 차량의 실시간 위치정보와 노면 영상정보를 포함한 노면정보를 중앙 관리서버로 전달하는 차량 부착장치; 및 차량 부착장치로부터 전달된 노면정보를 바탕으로 실시간으로 노면상태를 판정하고, 차량 부착장치로 노면상태 정보를 전달하는 중앙 관리서버;를 포함한다. 이로써, 주행 중인 차량에 부착된 차량 부착장치가 실시간 위치정보와 노면 영상정보를 포함한 노면정보를 중앙 관리서버로 전달하므로, 중앙 관리서버는 실시간으로 제공되는 다수의 노면정보를 이용하여 정확한 노면상태 판정이 가능하다.
