The present invention provides an electric vehicle charging apparatus comprising: an external connector that is connected to an electric vehicle of a user; and a relay mesh that supplies electricity to the external connector, wherein the amount of output power supplied through the relay mesh may vary according to the user's selection of fast charging or slow charging. The relay mesh may include a SiC module, and the SiC module may have a SiC MOSFET module serving as a switch for the electricity supplied to the external connector, and a SiC drive module sending a driving signal for switching to the SiC MOSFET module.

    La présente invention concerne un appareil de charge de véhicule électrique comprenant : un connecteur externe qui est connecté à un véhicule électrique d'un utilisateur ; et une maille de relais qui fournit de l'électricité au connecteur externe, la quantité de puissance de sortie fournie à travers la maille de relais pouvant varier en fonction de la sélection de l'utilisateur de charge rapide ou de charge lente. La maille de relais peut comporter un module SiC, et le module SiC peut présenter un module MOSFET SiC servant de commutateur pour l'électricité fournie au connecteur externe, et un module d'attaque SiC envoyant un signal d'attaque pour la commutation vers le module MOSFET SiC.
