The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cooling pipe for an electric vehicle powertrain, a cooling pipe for an electric vehicle powertrain manufactured thereby, an electric vehicle driving motor including same, and a battery pack case, the method comprising the steps of: (a) ball milling aluminum alloy powders and carbon nanotube powders to prepare composite powders; (b) preparing a multilayer billet containing the composite powders such that the multilayer billet including a core layer and at least two shell layers surrounding the core layer, wherein the core layer is formed of the composite powders or aluminum alloy, the shell layer except for the outermost shell layer is formed of the composite powders, and the outermost shell layer is formed of an aluminum alloy; and (c) extruding the multilayer billet to prepare an extruded material having a pipe shape.

    La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un tuyau de refroidissement pour groupe motopropulseur de véhicule électrique, un tuyau de refroidissement pour groupe motopropulseur de véhicule électrique ainsi fabriqué, un moteur d'entraînement de véhicule électrique le comprenant et un boîtier de bloc-batterie, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant : (a) à broyer, au broyeur à billes, des poudres d'alliage d'aluminium et des poudres de nanotubes de carbone (CNT) pour préparer des poudres composites ; (b) à préparer une billette multicouche contenant les poudres composites de telle sorte que la billette multicouche comprenne une couche centrale et au moins deux couches d'enveloppe entourant la couche centrale, la couche centrale étant formée des poudres composites ou de l'alliage d'aluminium, la couche d'enveloppe (à l'exception de la couche d'enveloppe la plus extérieure) étant formée des poudres composites, et la couche d'enveloppe la plus extérieure étant formée d'un alliage d'aluminium ; et (c) à extruder la billette multicouche pour préparer un matériau extrudé de forme tubulaire.
