Provided is a multi-modal input-based service device and service provision method. A service provision device according to the present specification may comprise: a storage unit for storing multiple applications; a user input unit for receiving a user input including at least one of a voice command and a touch input; and a processor which is functionally connected to the multiple applications, and controls execution of at least one application on the basis of the user input so that dialogs generated by the multiple applications are output in consideration of a pattern of the user input, wherein the processor may analyze an execution screen of a particular application and the user input on the execution screen, infer the intention of the user input, and control a dialog corresponding to the inferred intention to be generated in an application corresponding to the inferred intention.

    L'invention concerne un dispositif de fourniture de service basé sur une entrée multimodale et un procédé de fourniture de service. Un dispositif de fourniture de service selon la présente invention peut comprendre : une unité de stockage pour stocker de multiples applications ; une unité d'entrée utilisateur pour recevoir une entrée utilisateur comprenant une commande vocale et/ou une entrée tactile ; et un processeur qui est connecté fonctionnellement aux multiples applications, et commande l'exécution d'au moins une application sur la base de l'entrée utilisateur de telle sorte que des dialogues générés par les multiples applications soient délivrés en sortie en considération d'un motif de l'entrée utilisateur, le processeur pouvant analyser un écran d'exécution d'une application particulière et l'entrée utilisateur sur l'écran d'exécution, inférer l'intention de l'entrée utilisateur, et commander un dialogue correspondant à l'intention inférée pour qu'il soit généré dans une application correspondant à l'intention inférée.

    멀티 모달 입력 기반의 서비스 장치 및 서비스 제공 방법이 개시된다. 본 명세서에 따른 서비스 제공 장치는, 복수의 어플리케이션을 저장하는 저장부, 음성 명령 또는 터치 입력 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 사용자 입력을 수신하는 사용자 입력부, 상기 복수의 어플리케이션과 기능적으로 연결되고, 상기 사용자 입력에 기초하여 상기 복수의 어플리케이션이 생성한 다이얼로그(dialog)가 상기 사용자 입력의 패턴을 고려하여 출력되도록 적어도 하나의 어플리케이션의 실행을 제어하는 프로세서를 포함하고, 상기 프로세서는 특정 어플리케이션의 실행 화면 및 상기 실행 화면 상에서의 상기 사용자 입력을 분석하여 상기 사용자 입력의 의도를 추론하고, 상기 추론된 의도에 대응하는 어플리케이션에서 상기 추론된 의도에 대응되는 다이얼로그가 생성되도록 제어할 수 있다.
