The present embodiments relate to a worm wheel of a steering system speed reducer, and provide a worm wheel of a steering system speed reducer, and a manufacturing method therefor, the worm wheel comprising: an external toothed part having a ring shape, external gear teeth provided on the outer peripheral side thereof, insertion grooves provided on the inner peripheral side thereof, and coupling holes provided on the upper surface and/or the lower surface thereof; an internal toothed part, which has a ring shape, is inserted into the external toothed part, has insertion protrusions provided on the outer peripheral side thereof, and has coupling protrusions provided at locations corresponding to the coupling holes; a hub to which a steering shaft is coupled; and a boss part provided between the outer peripheral side of the hub and the inner peripheral side of the external toothed part.

    Les présents modes de réalisation de l'invention concernent une roue à vis d'un réducteur de vitesse de système de direction, et procurent une roue à vis d'un réducteur de vitesse de système de direction, et un procédé de fabrication pour celle-ci, laquelle roue à vis comprend : une partie dentée externe ayant une forme annulaire, des dents d'engrenage externes disposées sur le côté périphérique externe de celle-ci, des rainures d'insertion disposées sur le côté périphérique interne de celle-ci, et des trous de couplage disposés sur la surface supérieure et/ou la surface inférieure de celle-ci ; une partie dentée interne, qui a une forme annulaire, est insérée dans la partie dentée externe, a des saillies d'insertion disposées sur le côté périphérique externe de celle-ci, et a des saillies de couplage disposées en des emplacements correspondant aux trous de couplage ; un moyeu auquel est couplé un arbre de direction ; et une partie de protubérance disposée entre le côté périphérique externe du moyeu et le côté périphérique interne de la partie dentée externe.

    본 실시예들은 조향장치 감속기의 웜휠에 관한 것으로, 외주측에는 외측기어치가 구비되고 내주측에는 삽입홈이 구비된 링형상으로, 상측면과 하측면 중 적어도 어느 한쪽에 결합홀이 구비되어 있는 외측치형부, 외측치형부의 내부에 삽입되는 링형상으로, 외주측에 삽입돌기가 구비되고, 결합홀과 대응되는 위치에 결합돌기가 구비되어 있는 내측치형부, 조향축이 결합되는 허브, 허브의 외주측과 외측치형부의 내주측 사이에 구비되는 보스부를 포함하는 조향장치 감속기의 웜휠과 이의 제조방법을 제공한다.
