The present invention relates to a water level-adaptive mooring device of an offshore photovoltaic floating body and, more specifically, to a mooring device of an offshore photovoltaic floating body, the mooring device comprising: a buoyant body floating on a water surface, a photovoltaic panel being installed on the upper surface of the buoyant body; an anchor fixed so as to sink into an underwater bed; a wire rope connecting the buoyant body and the anchor; and a tension maintaining means mounted between the buoyant body and the wire rope so as to constantly maintain tension applied to the wire rope. The tension maintaining means comprises: a motor installed on the upper portion of the buoyant body; a swing support member for rotatably supporting both sides of the motor; a restoring spring provided in front of the body of the motor so as to elastically support pitching of the motor; a motor switch provided behind the body of the motor so as to turn on/off the motor by means of pitching of the motor; a drum coupled to a driving shaft of the motor so as rotate, thereby winding the wire rope; and a rotational direction switching body mounted on the driving shaft of the motor such that, if the tension applied to the wire rope increases, the driving shaft of the motor can rotate in a direction such that the wire rope is unwound, and if the tension decreases, such that the driving shaft of the motor can rotate in a direction such that the wire rope is wound.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'amarrage adaptatif au niveau d'eau d'un corps flottant photovoltaïque en mer et, plus spécifiquement, un dispositif d'amarrage d'un corps flottant photovoltaïque en mer, le dispositif d'amarrage comprenant : un corps flottant qui flotte sur une surface d'eau, un panneau photovoltaïque étant installé sur la surface supérieure du corps flottant ; une ancre fixée de façon à s'enfoncer dans un sol sous-marin ; un câble métallique reliant le corps flottant et l'ancre ; et un moyen de maintien de tension monté entre le corps flottant et le câble métallique de façon à maintenir constamment une tension appliquée au câble métallique. Le moyen de maintien de tension comprend : un moteur installé sur la partie supérieure du corps flottant ; un élément de support oscillant destiné à soutenir de manière rotative les deux côtés du moteur ; un ressort de rappel disposé devant le corps du moteur de manière à maintenir élastiquement le tangage du moteur ; un commutateur de moteur disposé derrière le corps du moteur de manière à allumer/éteindre le moteur à l'aide du tangage du moteur ; un tambour accouplé à un arbre d'entraînement du moteur de façon à tourner, ce qui permet d'enrouler le câble métallique ; et un corps de commutation de direction de rotation monté sur l'arbre d'entraînement du moteur de telle sorte que, si la tension appliquée au câble métallique augmente, l'arbre d'entraînement du moteur puisse tourner dans une direction telle que le câble métallique est déroulé, et si la tension diminue, de telle sorte que l'arbre d'entraînement du moteur puisse tourner dans une direction telle que le câble métallique est enroulé.
본 발명은 수상태양광 부력체의 수위 적응식 계류장치에 관한 것으로서, 상부면에 태양광 패널이 설치되고 수면에 부유하는 부력체와, 수중 바닥에 침강한 상태로 고정되는 앵커와, 상기 부력체와 앵커를 연결하는 와이어로프 및 상기 부력체와 와이어로프 사이에 장착되어 와이어로프에 걸리는 장력을 일정하게 유지해주는 장력유지수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 수상태양광 부력체의 계류장치에 있어서, 상기 장력유지수단은, 상기 부력체의 상부에 설치되는 모터; 상기 모터의 양측을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 스윙지지부재; 상기 모터의 바디 전방에 구비되어 상기 모터의 피칭을 탄성 지지하는 복원스프링; 상기 모터의 바디 후방에 구비되어 상기 모터의 피칭에 의해 상기 모터를 ON-OFF 시키는 모터스위치; 상기 모터의 구동축에 결합되어 회전하면서 상기 와이어로프를 권취하는 드럼; 상기 모터의 구동축에 장착되어 상기 와이어로프에 장력이 증가하면 상기 와이어로프가 풀리는 방향으로 상기 모터의 구동축을 회전 가능하게 하고, 장력이 감소하면 상기 와이어로프가 감기는 방향으로 상기 모터의 구동축이 회전 가능하도록 전환시키는 회전방향전환체;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
