The buoy is connected to the mooring rope in series, so that buoyancy generated by the buoy can counteract part of vertical tension from the underwater mooring rope, and vertical load generated by the mooring rope can be reduced by increasing the length of the mooring rope. For any axis passing through the center, the distance between the angular point floater and the axis is long, and according to the axis shift theorem, the moment of inertia of the angular point floater to the axis is large. Therefore, the device is high in static stability and excellent in stability.
