Disclosed is a vehicular engine room manufacturing method wherein the engine room has excellent heat resistance and sound-absorbing characteristics, and scraps generated during the manufacturing process can be recycled. The vehicular engine room manufacturing method comprises the steps of: carding a thermoplastic fiber and a carbon fiber having a length of 10-150mm and needle-punching the same, thereby forming a felt layer; applying heat and pressure to the felt layer, thereby forming a felt board; and applying heat to the felt board and shaping the same such that the same is formed in a desired shape.

    L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un compartiment moteur de véhicule. Le compartiment moteur présente d'excellentes résistance à la chaleur et caractéristiques d'absorption de son. Les déchets produits au cours du procédé de fabrication peuvent être recyclés. Le procédé de fabrication d'un compartiment moteur de véhicule comprend les étapes consistant à : carder une fibre thermoplastique et une fibre de carbone ayant une longueur de 10 à 150 mm avant de les aiguilleter, ce qui forme une couche de feutre ; appliquer une chaleur et une pression à la couche de feutre de façon à former ainsi une plaque de feutre ; puis appliquer une chaleur à la plaque de feutre et la mettre en forme de manière à lui donner une forme souhaitée.

    내열성이 우수하고, 흡음성을 가지며, 제조 공정 중 발생되는 스크랩을 재활용할 수 있는 차량용 엔진룸의 제조방법이 개시된다. 상기 차량용 엔진룸 제조방법은 10 내지 150 mm의 길이를 가지는 탄소 섬유 및 열 가소성 섬유를 카딩하고, 니들펀칭하여 펠트층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 펠트층에 열 및 압력을 가하여 펠트 보드를 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 펠트 보드에 열을 가하고, 목적하는 형태로 형성되도록 성형하는 단계를 포함한다.
