The objective of the present invention is to more effectively machine a toe and a camber, which are required for both sides of a coupled torsion beam axle provided at the rear of a vehicle. That is: milling machines (200) for machining a toe and a camber to a spindle plate (70) on one surface of a wheel carrier (60) formed at a workpiece (A) are respectively provided at the left and right sides of the upper part of a base plate (100); a workpiece setting jig device (300) is provided between the milling machines (200) for machining the toe and the camber, and respectively having a trailing arm support means (310), a spring seat support means (320) capable of supporting the bottom surface of a spring seat (40), an automated bush sleeve clamping device (330) capable of clamping a bush sleeve (30) having a through-hole (31) formed therein, and a wheel carrier press-type clamp means (340) for pressing the upper part of the spindle plate (70); at least one jig body support (400) is provided at the bottom surface of the workpiece setting jig device (300); and an attachment/detachment means (500) and a pickup means (600) are provided between the workpiece setting jig device (300) and the jig body support (400).

    La présente invention vise à usiner plus efficacement un pincement et un carrossage, lesquels sont nécessaires pour les deux côtés d'un essieu rigide de torsion couplé situé à l'arrière d'un véhicule. À cet effet, selon l'invention : des fraiseuses (200) pour usiner un pincement et un carrossage sur une plaque de broche (70) sur une surface d'un support de roue (60) formé au niveau d'une pièce (A) sont respectivement situées sur les côtés gauche et droit de la partie supérieure d'une plaque de base (100) ; un dispositif de gabarit de réglage de pièce (300) est situé entre les fraiseuses (200) pour usiner le pincement et le carrossage, et a respectivement un moyen de support de bras arrière (310), un moyen de support de siège de ressort (320) susceptible de soutenir la surface inférieure d'un siège de ressort (40), un dispositif de serrage (330) de manchon de douille automatisé susceptible de serrer un manchon de douille (30) ayant un trou traversant (31) formé à l'intérieur de celui-ci, et un moyen de serrage (340) de type presse de support de roue pour presser la partie supérieure de la plaque de broche (70) ; au moins un support de corps de gabarit (400) est situé au niveau de la surface inférieure du dispositif de gabarit de réglage de pièce (300) ; et un moyen de fixation/détachement (500) et un moyen de capture (600) sont situés entre le dispositif de gabarit de réglage de pièce (300) et le support de corps de gabarit (400).

    본 발명은 자동차의 후방에 설치되는 커플드 토션 빔 액슬(Coupled Torsion Beam Axle)의 양측에 요구되는 토우(TOE)·캠버(CAMBER)를 더욱 효과적으로 가공할 수 있도록 하는 것으로서, 즉, 베이스판(100) 상부의 좌, 우측에는 피가공물(A)에 구성된 휠 캐리어(60) 일면의 스핀들 플레이트(70)에 토우·캠버 가공용 밀링머신(200)을 각각 설치하는 것과; 상기 토우·캠버 가공용 밀링머신(200) 사이에는, 트레일링 아암 받침수단(310)과, 상기 스프링 시트(40)의 저면을 받침할 수 있는 스프링 시트 받침수단(320)과, 내부에 통공(31)이 형성된 상기 부쉬 슬리브(30)를 잡아줄 수 있는 부쉬 슬리브 자동화 클램핑장치(330), 상기 스핀들플레이트(70)의 상부를 눌러주는휠 캐리어 누름형 클램프수단(340)이 각각 설치된 피가공물 셋팅용 지그장치(300)를 설치한 것과; 상기 피가공물 셋팅용 지그장치(300)의 저면에는 하나 이상의 지그체 받침대(400)를 설치하되, 상기 피가공물 셋팅용 지그장치(300)와 지그체 받침대(400) 사이에는 이탈착수단(500) 및 픽업수단(600)이 설치된 것이다.
