Disclosed are a hybrid drive shaft and a method for producing same. The present invention comprises the steps of: rolling a plurality of sheets to form a composite material tube having a hollow cylindrical shape; cooling the composite material tube to contract same, and applying heat to a metal tube to expand same; and inserting the composite material tube inside the metal tube to combine the tubes. Thereby the natural frequency of the drive shaft is raised to resolve the resonance phenomenon and to maximize the suitability to be mass produced.

    L'invention concerne un arbre d'entraînement hybride et son procédé de production. La présente invention comprend les étapes de: laminage d'une pluralité de feuilles pour former un tube de matériau composite présentant une forme cylindrique creuse; refroidissement du tube de matériau composite pour contracter celui-ci et application de chaleur à un tube de métal pour dilater celui-ci; et insertion dudit tube de matériau composite à l'intérieur du tube de métal pour combiner les tubes. Par conséquent, la fréquence propre de l'arbre d'entraînement est élevée pour résoudre le phénomène de résonance et pour développer au maximum son aptitude à être produit en masse.

    하이브리드 드라이브 샤프트 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 복수개의 시트를 감아 중공원통체의 복합재료튜브로 성형하는 단계; 상기 복합재료튜브를 냉각시켜 축관시키고, 금속튜브에 열을 가하여 확관시키는 단계; 및 상기 복합재료튜브를 상기 금속튜브 내부에 삽입하여 결합시키는 단계;를 포함한다. 이를 통해 드라이브 샤프트의 고유진동수를 높여 공진현상을 해결할 수 있고, 양산성을 극대화할 수 있다.
