The present invention relates to a traffic-flow control apparatus and a method therefor. The traffic-flow control apparatus comprises: a first congestion-degree information-collection unit for collecting first congestion-degree information from a traffic-information-collection device before entrance into an intersection; a second congestion-degree information-collection unit for collecting second congestion-degree information from a sensor provided in a vehicle after entrance into an intersection; a congestion-degree level-setting unit for setting the congestion-degree level of the current intersection on the basis of the collected first congestion-degree information and second congestion-degree information; and a signal-cycle control unit for controlling the signal cycle of an intersection by comparing the set congestion-degree level of the current intersection with the signal-cycle level of the current intersection.

    La présente invention concerne un appareil de commande de flux de trafic et un procédé associé. L'appareil de commande de flux de trafic comprend : une première unité de collecte d'informations de degré d'encombrement destinée à collecter des premières informations de degré d'encombrement auprès d'un dispositif de collecte d'informations de trafic avant l'entrée dans une intersection ; une deuxième unité de collecte d'informations de degré d'encombrement destinée à collecter des deuxièmes informations de degré d'encombrement auprès d'un capteur disposé dans un véhicule après l'entrée dans une intersection ; une unité de réglage de niveau de degré d'encombrement destinée à régler le niveau de degré d'encombrement de l'intersection actuelle en se basant sur les premières informations de degré d'encombrement et les deuxièmes informations de degré d'encombrement collectées ; et une unité de commande de cycle de signal destinée à commander le cycle de signal d'une intersection en comparant le niveau de degré d'encombrement réglé de l'intersection actuelle avec le niveau de cycle de signal de l'intersection actuelle.

    본 발명은 교통 흐름 제어 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 교차로 진입 전에, 교통 정보 수집장치로부터 제1 혼잡도 정보를 수집하는 제1 혼잡도 정보 수집부; 교차로 진입 후에, 차량에 구비된 센서로부터 제2 혼잡도 정보를 수집하는 제2 혼잡도 정보 수집부; 수집된 제1 혼잡도 정보 및 제2 혼잡도 정보를 토대로, 현재 교차로의 혼잡도 레벨을 설정하는 혼잡도 레벨 설정부; 및 설정된 현재 교차로의 혼잡도 레벨과 현재 교차로의 신호주기 레벨을 비교하여, 교차로의 신호주기를 제어하는 신호주기 제어부;를 포함한다.
