A positive electrode of the first battery pack is connected to the power source end, and a negative electrode of the first battery pack is connected to a positive electrode of the second battery pack; a negative electrode of the second battery pack is connected to the ground end; a first end of the first switch is connected to the power source end, and a second end of the first switch is connected to a first end of the second switch; a second end of the second switch is connected to the ground end; and the voltage transformation unit is connected between the negative electrode of the first battery pack and the second end of the first switch.
