The invention relates to a battery circuit, a control method and a vehicle, the battery circuit comprises a power battery module, the power battery module comprises a first number of battery cells, a second number of battery cells form a starting battery, and the second number is smaller than the first number; the battery management module comprises a first voltage conversion circuit, the input end of the first voltage conversion circuit is connected with the starting battery, and the output end of the first voltage conversion circuit is suitable for being connected with a low-voltage load; wherein the starting battery is used for supplying power to the low-voltage load through the first voltage conversion circuit.
