Provided is an elastomer sheet made of an elastomer and wound on a ring part having a three-dimensional curved surface. The elastomer sheet includes: a central region located at the center of the elastomer sheet in a winding direction; and a pair of end regions located at ends of the elastomer sheet in the winding direction. The central region and the pair of end regions are formed such that the sectional shape thereof, taken along a cross direction crossing the winding direction of the elastomer sheet, is a wave-like shape that can be extended or compressed in the cross direction, and the rate of extension or compression of the central region differs from the rate of extension or compression of the pair of end regions with respect to the cross direction.
