The battery case structure includes a box portion (3) opening upward and configured to store a battery. The box portion (3) closes the concave portion (22), thereby forming a second closed cross section portion (38) adjacent to the first closed cross section portion (21) and having a closed cross-sectional shape. It is possible to provide a battery case structure that can be formed lightweight at a low manufacturing cost and can also prevent water from entering into the case.
