A visual confirmation requiring direction determining unit (110) identifies a traveling direction of a vehicle from a route of the vehicle, and determines a visual confirmation requiring direction corresponding to a category of a branch of a road and a traveling direction of the vehicle, the visual confirmation requiring direction being a direction requiring visual confirmation by a driver of the vehicle. A driver imaging unit (102) captures a driver image. A sight line direction detection unit (103) detects a sight line direction from the driver image, the sight line direction being a direction of a sight line of the driver. An oversight direction judgment unit (111) judges an oversight direction from the visual confirmation requiring direction, the oversight direction being a direction that does not include the sight line direction. An attention calling unit (112) calls attention of the driver to the oversight direction.
