Intake-side back-end chamber (311a) adjoins an object to be temperature-conditioned. Intake-side front-end chamber (311d) is where the air flows in from outside and flows out toward the intake-side back-end chamber. Isolation wall (311) separates intake-side back-end chamber (311a) from intake-side front-end chamber (311d).
