This clutch control device includes a clutch device configured to connect or disconnect power transmission between a prime mover and an output target, a clutch actuator configured to output a drive force for actuating the clutch device, and a control unit configured to control driving of the clutch actuator, in which the clutch actuator is provided with a drive source that outputs the drive force and a power transmission mechanism that is disposed between the drive source and the clutch device, and the control unit detects parameter values corresponding to friction of the clutch actuator on the basis of a delay in driving of the power transmission mechanism with respect to a change in a control parameter for the drive source, and controls driving of the drive source through use of a control parameter including at least a part of the parameter values corresponding to the friction.
