A residual flow relaxation apparatus of a towing tank is disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a residual flow relaxation device of a towing tank, which includes a plurality of blocking film supply modules spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the towing tank, wherein the blocking film supplied into the water of the towing tank by the blocking film supply module extends in the width direction of the towing tank.
