A residual flow relaxation apparatus of a towing tank is disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a residual flow relaxation device of a towing tank, which comprises a flow relaxation member coupled to a towing tank transferring a model ship in a longitudinal direction of the towing tank, and disposed in front or rear of the model ship in the water of the towing tank. the flow relaxation member is coupled to the towing tank to be withdrawn to the water surface.
