According to an embodiment of the present invention, an offshore facility comprises: a first residential area and a second residential area provided on a bow or a stern on a deck of the offshore facility, having a residential space therein, and disposed to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance around a first direction which is a longitudinal direction of the offshore facility; and a loading and unloading pipe connecting a production storage system storing a liquefied material drilled and processed in the seabed and a loading and unloading device. the loading and unloading pipe passes between the first residential area and the second residential area to connect the production storage system and the loading and unloading device at the shortest distance.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 해양 설비는, 해양 설비의 데크 상에서 선수 또는 선미에 구비되고, 내부에 주거 공간을 가지며, 해양 설비의 길이 방향인 제1 방향을 중심으로 소정 거리 이격되도록 배치되는 제1 거주구 및 제2 거주구 및 해저에서 시추하여 가공한 액화물을 저장하는 생산저장 시스템과 양하역 장치를 연결하는 양하역 배관을 포함하고, 양하역 배관은, 제1 거주구 및 제2 거주구 사이를 통과하여, 생산저장 시스템과 양하역 장치를 최단 거리로 연결한다.
