To set up a seaweed farm adjacent to a floating body of an offshore power generation facility and make it possible to easily change the water depth using a simple apparatus; to analyze the behavior of fish and shellfish in the sea area where the offshore power generation facility is installed, adjust the water depth and location of the seaweed farm, and send out information that will be useful for the activities of fishermen; and to provide an automatic feeder and an offshore cage to create a good environment for the growth of fish and shellfish, and contribute to the local community through aquaculture.SOLUTION: Provided is an offshore power generation facility comprising: a floating body 1 floating on the sea; a wind turbine generator 2 installed on the top surface of the floating body 1; a power transmission line 4 that transmits the electric power generated by the wind turbine generator 2 to various facilities 3 on land; a seaweed farm 5 installed around the floating body 1; an offshore cage 6; an automatic feeder 7; feeding power transmission means 8 that transmits the electric power generated by the wind turbine generator 2 to the automatic feeder 7; and a biologging system that attaches small recorders to several types of fish and shellfish that live in the sea area where the seaweed farm 5 is installed and analyzes the recorded time information and sensor information (location information, water depth information, temperature information, and the like).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 洋上発電設備の浮体に隣接して海藻牧場を設置し、その水深を簡便な装置を用いて容易に変更可能とすること、洋上発電設備等を設置した海域における魚介類の行動を解析して海藻牧場の水深や配置の調整、漁業者の活動に役立つ情報発信を行うこと及び自動給餌機や生簀を併設して魚介類の生育環境を整え、養殖を行って地域貢献すること。【解決手段】 海上に浮かぶ浮体1、浮体1の上面に設置されている風力発電機2、風力発電機2で発電した電力を地上の各種設備3に電力を送る送電線4、浮体1の周囲に設置されている海藻牧場5、生簀6、自動給餌機7、風力発電機2で発電した電力を自動給餌機7に送る給餌用送電手段8及び海藻牧場5が設置されている海域に生息している複数種類の魚介類に小型記録計を取り付け、記録された時刻情報とセンサ情報(位置情報、水深情報、温度情報等)を解析するバイオロギングシステムを備えている洋上発電設備。【選択図】 図1
