Disclosed are a motorized vehicle charging system and an operating method thereof. the motorized vehicle charging system comprises: an actuator capable of maintaining or changing at least one of a vertical position, a horizontal position, and an angle of a power receiver provided in a vehicle; and a position controller determining a relative position and an angle of the power receiver with respect to a power transmitter outside the vehicle through a sensor, and performing alignment control between the power transmitter and the power receiver through the actuator based on a determination result.
