The present application relates to a charging device of an electrified vehicle and a charging method thereof, the charging device comprising: a first contactor block and a second contactor block, each contactor comprises a first contactor which is arranged under the ground of the charging station to provide positive DC voltage, a second contactor which is arranged under the ground of the charging station to provide negative DC voltage, and a third contactor which is arranged under the ground of the charging station to provide grounding voltage; and a fourth contactor disposed under the ground of the charging station to transmit a control signal controlling a charging operation of the electrified vehicle to the electrified vehicle; and a controller configured to provide a positive DC voltage to the first contactor, a negative DC voltage to the second contactor, a ground voltage to the third contactor, and a control signal to the fourth contactor.
