The present invention relates to a marine air-conditioning and heating device using seawater that ensures cooling and heating effects by heat-exchanging a refrigerant, which is a heat exchange medium, with low-temperature seawater. According to the present invention, in the marine air-conditioning and heating device using seawater, a shell chamber of a heat exchanger is made of PPR and a coil is made of titanium material. The shell chamber is divided into an upper chamber and a lower chamber and is composed of a single body which can be disassembled and assembled by combining the bolts and nuts of flanges formed at each coupling end. Accordingly, it is characterized by its ability to facilitate internal cleaning and increase the flow rate inside the heat exchanger for better heat exchange performance.
본 발명은 열교환 매체인 냉매를 저온의 해수와 열교환시켜 냉난방 효과를 확보할 수 있도록 한 해수를 이용한 선박용 냉난방 장치에 관한 것으로, 상기 열교환기의 쉘챔버는 PPR로 구성되고 코일은 티타늄 소재로 이루어지며, 상기 쉘챔버는 상부챔버와 하부챔버로 분할 구성되어 결합단부에 각각 형성된 플랜지의 볼트와 너트의 결합으로 분해 조립이 가능한 단일체로 구성하여 내부 청소를 용이하게 하고 열교환기 내부의 유속을 증가시켜 열교환 성능을 높일 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다.
