A filtering chamber is arranged in the seawater inlet through a water inlet pipeline, the water inlet pump supplies seawater into the heat exchange chamber through the filtering chamber, and the heat exchange chamber discharges the seawater after heat exchange through a water outlet pipeline. The water outlet pipeline comprises a mixing chamber, the cooling pump supplies seawater to the mixing chamber, a temperature sensor is arranged in the mixing chamber, and the controller controls the cooling pump to supply water to the mixing chamber according to parameters detected by the temperature sensor. Therefore, the temperature of seawater discharged from the seawater outlet can meet the requirement, and the performance of the seawater cooling device for the ship power room is optimized.
