The present invention proposes a drone takeoff and landing system and method related to a drone, a drone landing pad, and an operating method thereof, for preventing the takeoff and landing of a drone from being hindered by the length and size of an object longer or larger than the length of the drone's legs when the drone carries the object. The drone takeoff and landing system of the present invention comprises: an object fastening device (110) comprising a roller (111) connected to a drone body (100), a connecting part (112) connected to the roller (111), and a coupling part (113) connecting the connecting part (112) and an object (120) to each other; and a drone takeoff and landing pad (200) comprising a landing pad (210), a landing pad indicator part (220), an entry guidance part (230), a drone entry and exit path (240), and a support (250).
