The present invention relates to a battery charging voltage/current control device which adds a digital potentiometer to a DC-DC converter, which is essentially used for battery charging, to precisely adjust battery charging voltage and current and enables voltage and current detection of a battery in real time to immediately shut off the battery when a problem occurs between a device and the battery so as to ensure safety. Implemented is the battery charging voltage/current control device which comprises: a DC-DC converter that supplies charging power by boosting or stepping down inputted power and adjusts output, voltage, and current of the charging power according to a charging control signal; a battery that is charged with charging voltage/current supplied through the DC-DC converter; and a microcontroller unit (MCU) that controls the output of charging power by controlling the DC-DC converter and precisely adjusts the charging voltage and current by transmitting a charging control signal to the DC-DC converter.

    배터리 충전을 위해 필수적으로 사용하는 직류-직류 컨버터(DC-DC Converter)에 디지털 포텐쇼미터(Digital Potentiometer)를 부가하여 배터리 충전 전압 및 전류를 정밀하게 조정하도록 하고, 실시간 배터리의 전압 및 전류 감지가 가능하여 장치와 배터리 이상 발생 시 즉시 배터리를 차단하여 안전성을 도모하도록 한 배터리 충전 전압/전류 제어장치에 관한 것으로서, 입력되는 전원을 승압 또는 강압하여 충전 전원을 공급하되, 충전 제어 신호에 따라 충전 전원의 출력, 전압 및 전류를 조절하는 직류-직류 컨버터, 직류-직류 컨버터를 통해 공급되는 충전 전압/전류로 충전을 하는 배터리 및 직류-직류 컨버터를 제어하여 충전 전원의 출력을 제어하며, 직류-직류 컨버터에 충전 제어 신호를 전달하여 충전 전압 및 전류를 정밀하게 조절하는 마이크로 컨트롤러 유닛(MCU)을 포함하여, 배터리 충전 전압/전류 제어장치를 구현한다.
