The method comprises the following steps: acquiring driving data of the vehicle and charging data of a dual-voltage battery; the method comprises the following steps: processing driving data of a vehicle by using a pre-constructed electric quantity recovery prediction model, obtaining a maximum recovered electric quantity value of a dual-voltage battery in a current driving mode, making preparations for electric quantity distribution, and then determining a target rechargeable battery according to the maximum recovered electric quantity value so as to determine a charging target; the maximum recovery electric quantity value and the charging data are processed based on a pre-constructed charging prediction model, a charging power control curve of the target rechargeable battery is obtained, the power control curve comprises current information and voltage information, and therefore the charging voltage and current of charging of the target battery are accurately controlled; and the target rechargeable battery is charged based on the charging power control curve, so that the problem that the charging management method cannot accurately charge the dual-voltage battery according to the state of the dual-power battery by using different recycled electric quantities is solved.
