The present invention relates to a laminate for radiant cooling having excellent infrared radiation and ultraviolet radiation reflectance, and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the laminate for radiant cooling comprises: a porous base layer in which spherical pores derived from pore-forming inorganic particles are formed; and a coating layer having a repeating pattern formed on one side of the porous base layer.
