The present invention provides a laminate with excellent flexibility, easy thickness control, excellent infrared (IR) radiation and ultraviolet (UV) radiation reflectance, and thus excellent radiation cooling performance, and a radiative cooling material including the same. The present invention relates to a laminate for radiative cooling including: a base layer containing a matrix of an IR-radiating polymer containing polycarbonate-based polyurethane and particles of a visible light-reflecting inorganic material; a UV-reflective coating layer formed on the base layer, including an ultra-high molecular weight polyolefin-based polymer, and being porous; and particles of UV-reflective inorganic material disposed within pores of the UV-reflective coating layer.
