The present invention relates to a charging communication control device for an electric vehicle and a system therefor, which can communicate with a management server even in an environment (or a place) in which a smart charging infrastructure is not secured, and normally charge service fees even in such an environment. The charging communication control device for an electric vehicle comprises: a first communication part capable of communicating with a smart charging infrastructure and a non-smart charging infrastructure, and capable of communicating with a management server via the smart charging infrastructure; a second communication part capable of directly communicating with the management server; and a charging power measurement part calculating charging power provided for a vehicle from the outside. Charging power information from the charging power measurement part is transmitted to the management server through at least one between the first communication part and the second communication part.

    본 발명은 스마트 충전 기반시설이 확보되지 않은 환경(또는 장소)에서도 관리 서버와 통신할 수 있으며, 또한 그러한 환경에서도 충전 서비스 비용에 대한 과금이 정상적으로 수행되도록 할 수 있는 전기 차량용 충전 통신 제어 장치 및 시스템에 관한 것으로, 스마트 충전 기반시설 및 넌-스마트 충전 기반시설과 통신 가능하며, 상기 스마트 충전 기반시설을 매개로 관리 서버와 통신 가능한 제 1 통신부; 상기 관리 서버와 직접 통신 가능한 제 2 통신부; 및 외부에서 차량에 제공된 충전 전력을 산출하는 충전 전력 계량부를 포함하며, 상기 충전 전력 계량부로부터의 충전 전력 정보는 상기 제 1 통신부 및 상기 제 2 통신부 중 적어도 하나를 통해 상기 관리 서버로 전송된다.
