The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a stabilizer beam using a dual steel pipe, which is able to make a dual pipe by using a carbon steel pipe and an aluminum steel pipe, improve the strength, reduce manufacturing cost, and realize a light weight, and a stabilizer beam manufactured thereby. The manufacturing method comprises: a step of preparing an inner pipe with a first diameter through a drawing process for a first metal material; a step of preparing an outer pipe with a second diameter through a drawing process for a second metal material; a step of preparing a dual steel pipe by inserting the inner pipe into the outer pipe; a step of extruding the dual steel pipe by putting the dual steel pipe into a ram; a step of performing heat treatment for the dual steel pipe extruded from the ram at 150-1350 ℃; a step of drawing the heat-treated dual steel pipe into a straight shape, and forming in a specific shape; and a step of cutting the drawn and formed dual steel pipe into a certain length.

    본 발명은 이중관을 탄소강관과 알루미늄강관으로 구성하여 강도를 향상시키고, 제조비용을 절감하고 경량화를 구현할 수 있는 이중강관을 이용한 스테빌라이저 빔 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조되는 스테빌라이저 빔에 관한 것으로, 제1금속소재를 인발공정을 통해 제1직경의 내부관을 준비하는 단계와, 제2금속소재를 인발공정을 통해 제2직경의 외부관을 준비하는 단계와, 상기 외부관 내측에 상기 내부관을 삽입하여 이중강관 파이프를 준비하는 단계와, 상기 이중강관 파이프를 램에 투입하여 압출하는 단계와, 상기 램으로부터 압출되는 상기 이중강관 파이프를 150℃ 내지 1350℃로 열처리하는 단계와, 열처리된 상기 이중강관 파이프를 스트레이트형으로 인발시켜 특정 형상으로 성형하는 단계와, 인발 성형된 상기 이중강관 파이프를 일정길이로 절단하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
