Disclosed is a door impact beam manufacturing method by using a dual steel pipe, which comprises: a step (S110) of preparing an inner pipe (110) of a first diameter by means of a drawing process with respect to a first metal material; a step (S120) of preparing an outer pipe (120) of a second diameter by means of a drawing process with respect to a second metal material; a step (S130) of preparing a dual steel pipe by inserting the inner pipe (110) into the outer pipe (120); a step (S140) of inserting the dual steel pipe into the ram for extrusion; a step (S150) of performing heat treatment of the dual steel pipe extruded from the ram at the temperature from 150 to 1350 ℃; a step (S160) of pultruding the dual steel pipe which is thermally treated in a straight shape to shape the same in a predetermined shape; and a step (S170) of cutting the dual steel pipe which is pultruded into a predetermined length. Therefore, a door impact multiple tube beam with excellent binding force and tensile strength of the dual steel pipe can be manufactured.

    본 발명은, 제1금속소재를 인발공정을 통해 제1직경의 내부관(110)을 준비하는 단계(S110), 제2금속소재를 인발공정을 통해 제2직경의 외부관(120)을 준비하는 단계(S120), 외부관(120) 내측에 내부관(110)을 삽입하여 이중강관 파이프를 준비하는 단계(S130), 이중강관 파이프를 램에 투입하여 압출하는 단계(S140), 램으로부터 압출되는 이중강관 파이프를 150℃ 내지 1350℃로 열처리하는 단계(S150), 열처리된 이중강관 파이프를 스트레이트형으로 인발시켜 특정 형상으로 성형하는 단계(S160), 및 인발 성형된 이중강관 파이프를 일정길이로 절단하는 단계(S170)를 포함하여, 이중강관의 결합력 및 인장강도가 양호한 도어 임팩트 다중관 빔을 제조하는, 이중강관을 이용한 도어 임팩트 빔 제조방법을 개시한다.
