A floating type offshore wind power generation device is disclosed to ensure motion stability by securing resistance against heave motion. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a floating type offshore wind power generation device comprising a floating structure for supporting a wind turbine which generates electricity using wind power generated at sea, wherein the floating structure comprises a floating body having buoyancy to float on the sea and a damping member installed on the floating body and opened at the bottom, and the damping member is provided so that the open bottom is immersed in seawater, thereby increasing the fluid added mass.

    부유식 해상 풍력발전장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 해상에서 발생되는 풍력을 이용하여 전력을 생산하는 풍력발전기를 지지하기 위한 부유구조물을 구비하는 부유식 해상 풍력발전장치에 있어서, 상기 부유구조물은, 해상에 부유하도록 부력을 가지는 부유체; 및 상기 부유체에 설치되며 하부가 개방된 감쇠부재;를 포함하고, 상기 감쇠부재는 개방된 하부가 해수에 잠기도록 마련되어 유체 부가질량이 증가하도록 하는 부유식 해상 풍력발전장치가 제공될 수 있다.
