A floating type offshore wind power generation device is disclosed to ensure the required motion stability without limitation in water depth by varying the center of gravity depending on the water depth. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a floating type offshore wind power generation device comprising: a floating body at least partially submerged below the sea surface; a wind turbine installed on top of the floating body and generating electricity using wind power generated at sea; and a balancing float movably coupled to the floating body to adjust the draft of the floating body.

    부유식 해상 풍력발전장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 적어도 일부분이 해수면 아래로 잠기는 부유체; 상기 부유체의 상부에 설치되며, 해상에서 발생되는 풍력을 이용하여 전력을 생산하는 풍력발전기; 및 상기 부유체의 흘수를 조절하기 위해 상기 부유체에 승강 가능하도록 결합되는 밸런싱 부유체;를 포함하는 부유식 해상 풍력발전장치가 제공될 수 있다.
